Prof. Chris Larson and Anthony Gatto coproduce interactive WISE BLOOD opera at The Soap Factory
WISE BLOOD at The Soap Factory features sets designed and built by Chris Larson and music by composer Anthony Gatto in an interactive interpretation of Flannery O'Connor's 1952 novel. This immersive opera takes the audience through the large-scale installation pieces, as they are surrounded by sculptures, projections, music, and performances that tell the story of WISE BLOOD.
This exhibition and performances will be staged at The Soap Factory, and are co-presented and co-sponsored by The Walker Art Center.
