The Jonathan Ferrara Gallery, New Orleans announced a call for artists for the 17th Annual No Dead Artists: National Juried Exhibition. Attached you will find an information sheet for student opportunities as well as a press release with full details and information. This is a wonderful opportunity for Undergraduates, Graduate Students, Alumni and Faculty alike to have their artwork exposed in a renowned exhibition of contemporary art. Along with the critique of a panel of jurors and the possibility for gallery representation, one finalist will be awarded a solo show at the gallery in 2013. This year's jurors are Lawrence Benenson (Board Member of the Museum of Modern Art, American Folk Art Museum, Museum for African Art, Cooper Union, ART/OMI International Arts Center and the Center for Arts in Education), Megan Koza Young (Director of the Dishman Art Museum) and Jordana Zeldin (Director and Curator at ArtBridge).
