Undergrad Elise Armani featured in CLA's "Bright Lights"

Elise Armani (BFA) featured as one of UMN's College of Liberal Arts "Bright Lights" for her work on the upcoming exhibition, Covered in Time and History: The Films of Ana Mendieta

The College of Liberal Arts' "Bright Lights" presentation showcases a selection of the college's exceptional undergraduate students. The program, which was held on May 1, recognized award-winning students and their varied creative, academic, and applied experiences across the college, in the Twin Cities, and around the world.

Armani received an Undergraduate Research Opportunities Program (UROP) grant, and has been actively involved in research on Ana Mendieta in preparation for the upcoming exhibition Covered in Time and History: The Films of Ana Mendieta, which will be on view in the Katherine E. Nash Gallery in fall 2015.
