The Cleveland Institute of Art's George P. Bickford Fund generously sponsors this premier visiting artist series. Free and open to the public, these lectures take place in CIA's Aitken Auditorium of the Gund Building at 11141 East Boulevard.

on painting and abstraction
Clarence Morgan's paintings have been exhibited on a national and international scale. His work is included in the collections of the Cleveland Museum of Art, Frederick R. Weisman Art Museum, Walker Art Center, Minneapolis Art Institute, General Mills, and University of Alabama, among others. Morgan is a professor of painting in the Department of Art at the University of Minnesota in Minneapolis.
